Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Scope of the T&C

BashBliss KLG provides services exclusively based on the following Terms and Conditions (T&C).

2. Prices

The price listed in the price list or individually agreed upon includes all listed services. Additional services will be agreed upon individually and invoiced separately. BashBliss KLG reserves the right to adjust package prices and included services at any time. Insurance for the equipment is not included in the price. The renter is responsible for obtaining insurance.

3. Payment

To book the 360° Video Booth, a reservation fee of CHF 150.- is required (depending on the order, it may be higher). No date is reserved until an advance payment has been received. The advance payment will be credited toward the total cost of the service. The outstanding balance must be paid before, during, or on the day of the event. If the reservation fee is not received, the BashBliss team is not obligated to attend the event.

BashBliss KLG reserves the right to transfer outstanding claims to a collection agency or to appoint a collection agency to recover the debt. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be passed on to the customer.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal

If the customer cancels between booking and 60 days prior to the event, they can withdraw from the contract by paying a service fee of CHF 50.- (administrative costs, consultation, etc.). Any costs already incurred at this point (e.g., material orders, graphic work) will be charged at 100% (hourly rate: CHF 160.-). Cancellations made later will be handled as follows:

  • 59 to 30 days before the event: 30% of the total amount

  • 29 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the total amount

  • Less than 14 days before the event: 75% of the total amount

5. Liability and Damages

BashBliss KLG is liable for any damages only if intent or gross negligence can be proven. If the customer identifies defects or malfunctions, they are required to report them immediately (support is available from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Issues reported later will not be accepted.

The equipment will be tested and inspected by BashBliss KLG after it is returned. Any damages not resulting from normal use will be charged to the customer.

BashBliss KLG ensures that the provided equipment is operational for at least 80% of the agreed usage time. If a failure occurs due to gross negligence by BashBliss KLG, preventing the agreed services from being provided, the customer will receive a proportional reduction in the total cost.

6. Copyright, Data Security, and Usage Rights

The customer agrees that the necessary personal data for the order processing will be stored on data carriers. By confirming the booking, the customer consents to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data. The customer has the right to request data deletion or withdraw their consent once the agreed services are completed.

All photos/videos/GIFs created during the event will be provided to the customer in electronic form. The customer is responsible for ensuring the secure and privacy-compliant storage of this data. After six (6) months, BashBliss KLG reserves the right to delete all data.

For all files (images, audio, etc.) provided to BashBliss KLG, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they hold all necessary usage rights required for the event.

BashBliss KLG retains copyright for all recordings made during the rental period. These are protected under copyright law. The customer is granted a usage right to publish the recordings. Transferring this usage right requires BashBliss KLG's approval. BashBliss KLG may require attribution as the author of the recordings. In such cases, the notation "©bashbliss.ch" must be included with the photos.

7. Reference Use

BashBliss KLG is entitled to list the contractual partner as a reference customer (including company logo) and use them for advertising purposes after the event.

8. Final Provisions

If certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, all other contractual conditions remain valid.

9. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The court of jurisdiction is Zurich. If the customer resides abroad, Zurich will also be considered the place of jurisdiction.
